We currently ship orders across India.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided during checkout.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and contact information. Vedsutram will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photographs, and an unboxing video where possible.

Delivery Delays

Courier delays may occasionally occur due to operational issues, weather, strikes, public holidays, or restrictions. We will assist with tracking and coordination, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
